A weird piece I'd say, there's something that is impressing me, but right now I don't know neither what is it or if it's good or not. I think it's in the blue dragon pose and the pink look. Right now i say I like it a lot, so I guess that while I still can't say what is it, I can say it's good. Maryanne 'Mab' English-Betie replies: "Thanks! I really don't like leaving the border intact. Then its too easy to place the image within its context, not like its slipping out of the picture."

Maryanne 'Mab' English-Betie replies: "Thanks! One of these days, I'll skip the Celtic look on the border and going for something extremely extravagant and art noveau looking....maybe."

Is like a hug the egg is receiving from its loving mother. Is great the pose of the male, hugging the female and probably looking funnyly the brothers of the egg. Good also the blue dragon has pinkish red eyes, and the pink dragon blue yes, I like it. So it was a good point what was impressing me. Maryanne 'Mab' English-Betie replies: "Thanks! You hit quite a few points there. The dragons really aren't anthrosized. I've always drawn my dragons with front paws/claws being more hand-like. I always thought it made more sense, after all, kinda hard to scoop up all that treasure in your mouth! The only difference between these and a normal dragon is that this pair are missing their wings. I'm glad you spotted the attention the mother was giving to the egg, it's nice to see someone picked that up. "

Weird right? Maryanne 'Mab' English-Betie replies: "Now I didn't know the part about eating treature to harden their scales...that's pretty cool!"
